Paul Gardner is the owner of Gardners coming from owning Votta Sales in 2022, wining numerous awards including Lux Life Best Estate Agent 2021, Prestidge awards 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 for best Estate Agent for customer service and being nominated for the ESTAS award which is the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
He started his career in 2007 as a volunteer to a local independent agency. Then went on to other companies, winning awards from top office, top negotiator and nominated in the Daily mail’s best negotiator award of 2013.
His ethos is to give the best advice from the start and be the approachable friendly agent.

Beth Loveland

Beth has come into the exciting world of estate agency fresh and new. Previously working as a receptionist and administrator Beth has the face-to-face experience and a charming friendly attitude that makes her a joy to work with. Nothings too much for Beth and she goes above and beyond for her customers with an honest and caring approach.
Buying her first property in her early 20’s during the pandemic it was not the most simple process, therefore she really knows and understands how important it is to treat customers like individuals and not a number which many estate agents fall into.
Beth’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family especially her young niece, when not with them Beth loves to walk along our amazing coastlines and popping into Thanet’s amazing pubs and restaurants.
